He got his first acting gig in a supporting cast in Hum TV’s religious drama, Saya-e-Diwar Bhi Nahi. In this show, he played the role of a spoiled brat who hated his parents for neglecting him.
Bilal received high praise in 2017 for playing the role of a man betrayed by his brother who married his love interest in the romantic- drama Rasm E Duniya which was telecasted on ARY Digital.
Later on, Bilal played the role of a murdered victim drama series Saanp Seerhi. Finally, his first major role came in a romantic-comedy drama, O Rangreza.
In the show, he played the critically acclaimed role of an introverted boy who fell in love with his strict uncle’s daughter. For this role, the actor received his first written praise at the hand of Mahwash Ajaz of the reputed news channel Samaa.
