Larry Wheels has an amazing journey from the stage of extreme poverty to earning the world’s best powerlifters. He grew up in Bronx, New York. Larry Wheels’ only aim in life was to become stronger every day so that no one can bully him.
To accomplish this goal of his, Larry Wheels started training and made his body firm and strong. His mother saw his potential and helped him build a 40kg weight lift set up with the help of a broom and two concrete blocks. This was a very good tool for Larry Wheels’ development.

Not giving up on his dream Larry Wheels started a job just so he could afford a gym membership. After this, Larry’s muscles just exploded. He started seeing significant changes in his body, mainly because he was focused on his body and he was in a perfect environment for the same.
After lifting weights for two years, he made up his mind to become a professional powerlifter, the rest is history. In the fall of 2017, he set two world records and became an inspiration to many young and aspiring fitness enthusiasts all over the world.

– Deadlift, Warm-up( 80% 1RM) & 5 reps
– Barbell Row with Bent Over, 3 sets of 10 repetitions at 65% of 1RM
– Warm up to 75% for the bench press 5 working sets of 5 reps at 1RM
– Floor Press, 5 sets of 3 reps at 85% of one-rep maximum
– Cable Push-Down, eight sets of ten repetitions
Wednesday
-Hip Circle, two sets of 20-second warm-ups for each leg
-Leg Swing, two sets of 20-second warm-ups for each leg
-Squat, warm up to 90% of your one-rep maximum, then perform 4 working sets of 3 reps.
-Leg Press: 5 sets of 8 repetitions at 70% of your 1RM
Friday
-Hip Circle, two sets of 20-second warm-ups for each leg
-Leg Swing, two sets of 20-second warm-ups for each leg
-Squat, warm up to 90% of your one-rep maximum, then perform 4 working sets of 3 reps.
-Warm-up and bench press to 75%. 5 working sets of 5 reps at 1RM
-Foot Press, 4 sets of 3 repetitions at 85% of 1RM
-8 sets of 10 reps for the cable push-down.
